TASUE

I took up the fibre arts of weaving and spinning as a self nourishing experience after the birth of my 7th child. In these activities I found the opportunity to free my mind and soul from the rooted tasks of daily life and motherhood.

It is obvious to me that I have found a source of joy as well as tactile (physical) connection to my Jewish heritage. The acts of spinning and weaving combine fine and gross motor skills while leading the mind on a path of self-expression.

As an educator, I have chosen to take a professional path in fibre arts and share my joy of these ancient crafts though personalized experiences and small group workshops.
